Inspired by Plastic Free July — a global movement that helps people reduce plastic waste — we'll be focusing our efforts on raising awareness and increasing household adoption of the orange bag Hefty ReNew Program. (Scroll down for more info about the program under Ongoing Initiatives). This is one of our biggest events of the year, where we sell almost 1,000 plants in two hours! We'll need help Friday morning (Sept 11), meeting the delivery truck and transferring the plants to the building at Indian Hill Park. We also need help the day of (Saturday, Sept 12) — setting up tables, organizing plants outside, customer interfacing, and more.
